• Preparation of specification for new machine, material and tools.• Qualification or re-qualification of new machine, material (Assures that purchased material & component meets the quality requirements), technology and parameters.• Deliver complex re-engineering and simplification / standardization / optimization of identified global cross- functional processes resulting in a significant return. • First pass yield of First Article production lot & implementation of required, Corrections in case of deviations before bulk production.• Handling of customer and supplier claims and complaints Updating customer 8D that includes root cause analysis, corrective & preventive action. • Analyze the root cause for the scrap or rework and initiate CAPA to improve yield.• Assure systematic approach by using lean six sigma, 7QC or SPC methodology.• Preparation and updating of PFMEA, MSA, CP, Process instruction and Checklist etc.• Successful completion of Cipok and cost saving projects with Lean six sigma methodology.• Preparing and handling of certification and customer audits. • Conducting system audit & internal process audit as per audit plan schedule. • Monitor compliance with quality procedures throughout the department.• Analyze quality performance using statistical & analytical tools & methods.• Conducting the graphical and statistical analysis for the SAP data using Ms-excel and Minitab.• Assess potential impacts or risks in case of process deviations.• Stake holder analysis, Risk analysis & cross function team building and establishing new process technique/Method for process Improvement & Product development.• Successfully achieved all the KPI’s & DPI’s.
