I am a team-oriented leader with comprehensive experience in management, as a business owner and professional athlete. I have demonstrated success in maintaining high-level performance, problem-solving, and the willingness to learn. I am recognized for perseverance, adapting readily to change, and excelling under pressure. I am a positive self-starter with a knack for bringing the right people together to execute ideas and needs and to think outside the box to achieve results. With my extensive experience and relationships as a professional cyclist, I understand products from both a consumer and retailer perspective. I have a strong interest in the more technical nature of bringing products to market and to support sales and production in a project management role. In my career I’ve often been tapped by brands I represented to provide insight and feedback on products, and I was ingrained in the performance side of what makes a product successful and generate sales revenue. I have been leading teams and bringing out individual strengths, teamwork throughout my career, as well as currently in Project Management for the building and construction industry.I raced professionally for 13 years. In that time I won 21 national titles, 3 world cup medals and a Pan American Games Gold medal. From 2014 to 2020 I was one of the winningest riders in North America. My attention to detail and goal setting was a large part of those achievements. I wasn't alone in that success, working with multiple brands and team members during that time showed me how to stay organized and communicate to set expectations but also how we could maximize individual and team performance.
