Grotime makes children's furniture and one of the highlights of my career was getting to oversee the product process from design through to marketing- Senior stakeholder management of Infa Group CEO, CFO, directors, as well as external clients- Oversaw the end-to-end process of the product including strategic development, execution, and marketing - Closed competitive gaps as a priority by conducting a competitor audit, simplifying the Grotime range, and increasing value for customers- Styled and directed a week-long shoot with two photographers on-location for 50+ products and 9 setups well under budget, with strategic directions for each product in the range.- Developed and formalised national brand guidelines- Developed a systematic approach to marketing, to minimise people, time, and budget - Human-centered approach to customers and clients through immersive experiences and client presentations- Presented the strategic vision to the Board reguarding customers, environment, and industry, and persuaded CEO and CFO to support radical change- Used information and data to develop better products and meet customer needs - Managed budget of Grotime within InfaGroup
