I led Experience Strategy efforts, focusing on customer experience strategy, journey analysis, and innovation. My responsibilities included analyzing current business states, creating gap analyses, and developing actionable roadmaps to enhance customer experiences. I promoted journey thinking as a core skill, leveraging data to optimize consumer interactions. By engaging with clients, I identified opportunities for digital innovation and applied design thinking to drive business growth. Additionally, I conducted market and competitor analyses, developed digital experience strategies, created user scenarios, and guided comprehensive user research to refine and integrate user, client, and product needs, ultimately planning and executing industry-leading strategies.

I have led and contributed to numerous design thinking projects across various areas and technologies, including Esports Gaming, Geospatial, Cybersecurity, Human Resources, Education, Food Scarcity, Systems Simulation, Design Operations, Early Professionals Programs, and Non-Profit Organizations. My role involved leveraging, consulting, and training others in a wide array of design thinking methods and tools. I collaborated with teams to define and solve critical problems specific to their business unit, guiding them toward viable, feasible, and desirable MVPs and solutions. INCUBATOR PROJECT: Design Operations Patterns is IBM's industry-standard program for Designers. Fully-immersive seven-week program provides UX, Visual, Research, and Content Design participants with the opportunity to build cross-discipline collaboration skills in a high-pressure environment designing solutions for actual IBM product teams.

I support the mission in bringing together Soldiers, industry partners, and government agencies to evaluate cutting-edge technologies that will shape the future of the Army's capabilities in the battlespace domain.
