All Saints Church is a new church start-up in Everett, WA, launching public services in Q2 of 2017. I am currently working with the founding pastor to create the structures necessary for the church to launch successfully and remain a viable force for good for years to come. Current projects include helping create the strategies for team development, fundraising, and marketing that will be crucial leading up to the public launch as well as forming the basic policies and financial systems that will undergird the ongoing health of the organization.
