• Ensure excellent technology customer support for all campuses and district departments• Successfully led MISD to be a 1:1 district in chromebooks and iPads• Oversee the support and inventory of all technology devices in the district• Directly supervise 22 employees in the areas of computer technicians, call center technicians, and chromebook technicians• Manage vendor contracts and leases (all Konica and Xerox copiers, selling of deleted technology)• Oversee the FreshService Help Desk system and ensure work orders are being closed in a timely manner• Monitor student web browsing history to ensure safety for all students

• Teach students in Kindergarten through Sixth Grade intermediate to advanced technology skills according to the TEKS and ISTE standards• Implement and instruct students in emerging technologies including teaching students how to print objects from the MakerBot 3D Printer and design 3D objects using AutoCAD, TinkerCAD, and MinecraftEDU• Coordinate all technology needs for the school including support, inventory, and training• Designed and organized the school yearbook for three of those years

• Give timely technology support to assigned schools, ranging from addressing hardware and software problems to showing teachers how to use technology in their classrooms• Lead trainer on new technicians and current technicians needing assistance

• Teach third through sixth grade students the basics of technology according to the Texas Essential Knowledge & Skills standards.• Search and implement educational programs that further develop computer skills, while reinforcing other core classroom subjects.• Direct taping and technology of “Channel Four News,” the school’s live announcements on classroom televisions every morning.• Answer all calls and assist all parents and visitors visiting the school• Input student attendance in iTCCS database• Shelve books and run circulation of the library
