I have always been the front-runner in implementing the technical requirements of the products that I was working in. I am good at observing and proposing solutions that increase the maintainability, security and reliability of the product. I have implemented more than half-a-dozen crucial changes like moving to micro-services from a monolith successfully with full awareness of details all along. I love being hands-on and learn new designs, technologies and solutions that can be incorporated into the products.My strengths include:- Observing the problems or limitations in the current design and suggest changes.- Keenly interested in learning and implementing new technological improvements.- Fully involved in architectural design, technology selection, implementation details and finally implementing the solution.- Attentive to detail and clear of the technical solution that is being implemented.- Also involved in project management of estimating, allocating and educating the team to get things done making sure that there is no single point of failure.My weaknesses include:- Obsessed with changes and keeping up the product that I am responsible for. Many times this creates un-easiness not only in developers and QA team to keep changing but also the services and maintenance team to adopt.
