- Building and management monthly, quarterly and annual budgets- Business accounting, including project profitability and feasibility analyses- Period financial forecasts- Analyzing budgets of various corporate divisions, business operations and projects- Conducting month/period-end closing statements- Building and maintaining the financial structure of the business entities (GDM system)- Presenting financial data to C-level executives in Israel and working closely with the company’s CEO and CFO. - Managing a subordinate assistant controller

- Leading the company’s tender and bid processes in Israel and Africa - Analyzing variable and fixed costs of project execution- Defining the financial and legal risks and prospects and converting them into accounting terminology- Converting bid requirements into P&L statements- Conducting cash flow statements, revenue and expense recognition up to transaction approval by the C-level- Setting the project pricing strategy based on BI databases, D&B and ICIC reports

- Conducting periodic process audits to verify the accounting records integrity- Implementing and ensuring compliance with SOX requirements- Conducting internal audits in compliance with the generally accepted accounting standards- Budgeting business units, building annual budgets, conducting and presenting monthly reports to C-level- Supporting projects, analyzing contract value and supporting tenders, as well as managing property registration

- Responsible for management and control of company’s payments in Israel and abroad - Management and control of inventory reports, and consignment stock in the company’s warehouses- Managing the Accounting Department‘s SOX Compliance Project: payment systems, petty cash funds in various divisions and bank adjustments- Leading a team of 5 employees
