Projects a credible impression, are persuasive and an excellent communicator. • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and can identify new trends at an early stage in order to support CM in developing respective solutions.• Capable to motivate intrinsically linked with strong project management skills.• Understanding / sensitivity for foreign cultures is required.• Fluency in German and English is very important, Italian / French / Spanish as additional language considered an asset. • Strong business motivation, driver and communicator, self assured and confident.
