With over 35 years of service in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) - Government of India, I am a seasoned administrator, author, and consultant with a passion for sustainable development and tourism in North-East India. I hold a PhD in Tourism from the University of Jammu and a Post Graduate Diploma in Enterprise Management from MDI Gurgaon in collaboration with Kellogg School of Management.As the Advisor/Consultant to the Chief Minister of Nagaland and Ex Chief Resident Commissioner of Nagaland House in New Delhi, I leverage my extensive knowledge and experience of the region to advise on key governance issues, inter-state boundary disputes, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, and rural community-based eco-tourism. I have also authored several books and publications on the strategic significance, socio-economic development, and tourism potential of Nagaland and North-East India. I am looking for a consulting and advisory role that will allow me to contribute to the growth and prosperity of this vital region and its people.
