Responsible of creation of sports infrastructure, tourism infrastructure like destination/product development, capacity building of tour operators/tourism officials etc.

• Heading the two departments a) Information and Public Relation, b) Sports and Youth Resources and managing the over all coordination, Planning and implementation for the whole state of Nagaland. It includes interaction.

• Managing overall coordination related with Women and Child Development, including Women Empowerment in the country under the supervision of the Minister. This includes minister’s interaction with grass root people and.
• Also worked with the same Minister in Department of Telecommunication and Information Technology and later in Petroleum from 2002-2003 when Minister was transferred from Department of Women and Child Development to.

• Managed monitoring and evaluation of Centrally Sponsored Scheme of Computerisation of Land Records in the country. Provided inputs to frame National Policy on R & R (Rehabilitation and Resettlement) of Project.

• Coordinated all external aided projects in the rural water supply and sanitation sector in the country. With special emphasis on operation and maintenance, sustainability including water-harvesting structures, water.

• Served in Personnel, Taxes/Excise and Border Affairs Department. Took various initiative and adopted innovative approaches to give new thrust in these departments. This includes development of training systems /.

Served in various posts in Government of Nagaland, this includes Director Public Distribution System (particularly food supplies), Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Assistant Commissioner. During this period took many initiatives including ‘reaching the unreached’ scheme for supply of food and essential commodities; New thrust to village development aspects.
