• Assembly and project follow-up from order enquiry up to installation at site and customer handover.• Material follow-up, sub-assembly, integration of sub-assemblies into main machine, trial testing as per specification and fine tuning to achieve maximum efficiency.• Updating production related documents (production order confirmation, PR, BOM) in SAP.• Preparation of assembly procedures & checklist for critical and complicated assemblies.• Conduct review meetings, ensure that the project is on track and perform overall monitoring of the project (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly,• Complete assembly, performance trial, cycle time reduction and dismantling to customer site after verification of assembly checklist and product quality.• Erection of machine, performance prove-out and handover to customer at their site.• Customer communication, troubleshooting (mechanical & pneumatic), documentation, quality analysis, design improvements during the entire project execution.
