Worked as a Program Leader in the Aspirational District Collaborative (ADC) Program that was jointly initiated by the NITI Aayog & Piramal Foundation.* Mentored the Gandhi Fellows for them to enable the system change through their self development.* Coordinated with the channels of ADC such as local NGOs* Customized all India campaigns as well as initiated campaigns in the domains of Health and Education such as Adolescent Girl Child Campaign & Foundational Literacy and Numeracy Campaign as per the need of the district through the team that consisted Gandhi fellows in collaboration with the District Administration to improve the NITI's Aspirational District Program indicators on the said domains.* Supported the district administration in identifying the gaps of the projects initiated to reduce the iron deficiency of pregnant ladies and nutrition deficiency of children.

Completed Gandhi Fellowship that is of two years residential program. As a Gandhi Fellow in the Aspirational District Transformation Program, I closely worked with govt. educational middle managers such as BEO, ABRCCs, NPRCCs and HMs & teachers on capacity building. Implemented different interventions in community and school with the vision of improving students' learning outcome.* Had responsibility of 245 schools with 20,467 students in Primary school and 5,481 students in UPS. Conducted various meetings to the govt. school teachers on roles and responsibilities of SMC, School Transformation Roadmap and Orientation on school processes.* Mobilised around 324 community members to increase the involvement of community's participation in school processes through bal mela, PTM, community assembly and BOLO shaam.* Persuaded Gram Pradhan & JE for the village that consists of 80 families to get electricity and SBM fund to build toilets during the Community Immersion program.
