• Conduct the product analysis process for series of related product areas• Provide training and guidance to junior team members• Explain trends across data sources, potential opportunities for growth, improvement or entirely new development• Work collaboratively with product team members such as product managers, engineering, product designers and present the position of the customers• Define success metrics and manage the performance analysis balancing quantitative and qualitative insights to conduct data-driven decisions• Dive deep into the data to understand how user behavior changes with the evolution of the product strategy

• Effectively gather and assess feedback and escalations from customers and internal stakeholders• Define and track the success of the product/feature through defined KPIs and collect data to measure the outcomes• Contribute to the Product team assuring the data driven decision making• Perform user acceptance testing for new and existing features and collaborate with Product teams to make the respective adjustments/changes• Engage in bug triage/analysis process and come up with respective recommendations• Work closely with Product team during the discovery phase• Guide early stage products from Alpha or Beta states to General Availability, providing implementation instructions• Concentrate on identifying improvement opportunities and take the initiative to guide the teams towards the smooth resolution
