Responsibilities:• Working with client Birlasoft on Contract position.• Working as a Jr. Account Manager and handling a team of 4-5 recruiters.• Working closely with Implementation Partner and some Clients.• Screening the profiles of the candidates submitted by the recruiters sourced through DICE, MONSTER, Linked in ,Google Groups ,Referals etc• Involved in complete life cycle of recruitment process from getting the resumes from Recruiters, resume screening , phone interviewing, Technical interview process ,making submittal and forwarding details to the client ,scheduling interview ,follow up with the client as well as shorlisted candidate, Paperwork, etc.• Interacting with POC's on daily basis.• Screening and take technical interview to ensures about the authenticity of candidate and shortlisting of qualified candidates.• Ensures that submission details and Right-to Represent form are filled and signed by candidate appropriate.• Present the submission to the client in timely manner and within the pay rate or Salary.• Good Knowledge of Job Posting on DICE ,MONSTER etc• Follow up with the client and scheduling the interview process.• Updating daily report and sending to the Upper Management
