Duties & Responsibilities:• Maintain approved test methods & keep records.• Review & Update specifications, analytical methods, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) & other documents.• Ensure chemical & instrumental analysis of raw materials, Packing material as well as finished Product.• Preparation of Fortnightly & Monthly quality defect summary report and keep record.• To analysis statistical data of different kinds of defects what had occurred before.• Ensure required quality standard of product and penalties with suppliers. • Responsible for measurements ensure and parameter correction during production.• Responsible for PP meeting before first production.• To inform the operator (process wise) about the defects.• Responsible for reworks caused due to quality defects overlooked by the inspectors.
