Interface with Transit staff, procurement and other departments to assess procurement/contract needs for the Transit Department.Follows Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) regulation related to third-party procurements and contracts; Ensure Transit procurements meet the federal and state requirements.Development of procurement packages with Procurement Department.Prepare addenda during solicitation process and develops scopes of services with project manager.Project management.Manage vendor relationships with departments.Prepare and negotiate contracts and exhibits, including vendor contracts and amendments, inter-local agreements, facility use agreements and others.Ensure that contracts comply with local, state and federal requirements.Assists Procurement department in ensuring use of DBEs for Transit projects.

Order, tack and document supply inventory.Monitor the 11 dental practices and offices in the supply usage and inventory management.Produce monthly reports on supply usage and inventory management. Manage discount programs with Vendors and identify less expensive alternatives.Ensure all incoming supplies are appropriately processed in accordance with the policies.Troubleshoot discrepancies within the ordering process.Manage tracking system to limit search time and increase accountability.Maintain the inventory and accountability if all supplies and equipment’s.

Severity of claims includes personal property claims involving low to moderate value, structure claims involving moderate to high dollar value and severity.Reduce delinquency of accounts by collection efforts.Analyze reports of account receivables.Make efforts to collect payments through calls, letters or visits for a promise to pay.Represent the corporation in official business, and maintaining corporate image.Process transactions updated on system by payment, payment promises, adjustments, among others.
