As the Operations Manager of the Gulf Coast, I directed and oversaw all aspects of the daily operations of 5 superintendent areas across 3 states. The operations were comprised of 3 conventional field, 13 EORs, and 1 CO2 production field with a total combined CO2 recycle of 3.19 BCFD.- Led an organization of 200+ operations and maintenance staff that delivered budgeted production and conducted preventative/corrective maintenance while controlling costs. - Presided over the development and control of $300MM total LOE and $25MM capital maintenance budgets annually.- Actively engaged with other departments including Land, HSE, Projects, Finance, A&D, Supply Chain, EAM, M&R, Planning, and Wells/Drilling to ensure consistent, effective communication and goal alignment. - Collaborated with EAM and M&R management to develop work management KPIs that were used to monitor safety device testing and overall schedule compliance. - Recognized for delivering the 2019 production budget while beating the LOE budget by over 3% and for delivering on 2020 and 2021 forecast production while beating the LOE budget. - Drove a consistent safety message through frequent field visits, site audits, participation in safety meetings, and engagement with the Hazard Observation program.
