Since 2001, I have led thousands of Chinese tea ceremonies and tea rituals to small and large audiences. I have developed my own style based upon classical training in traditional tea ceremonies. Using tea as a focal point, I teach mindfulness, meditation, posture and breathing techniques to bring people into the present. Most tea ceremonies last for approximately one hour. Guests are led along a gentle immersive sensory adventure, where they explore the aroma of teas and their changing palate from one serving to the next. During this ritual, they engage in self-observation and reflection and notice subtle shifts in their well-being and state of consciousness. Many people describe my tea ceremonies as uplifting and euphoric and also, profoundly calming. I have also taught hundreds of people to lead their own tea ceremonies. My work has been featured in multiple magazines, newspapers and radio and television shows in Ireland and Russia.

Drawing on a range of healing, meditation and well-being modalities, I have supported multiple people in making better nutritional and lifestyle choices while building better emotional habits and ways of relating to themselves and others. Depending on the client's needs, this can range from a kind of holistic counselling to a style of coaching that helps people orient themselves and chart a course for personal development and spiritual growth. My work is centred on supporting people in exploring themselves to still their minds and find their best answers within.

I have produced and delivered events and art performances at multiple music, art and culture festivals. In addition, I have delivered hundreds of private performances with audiences of all backgrounds. My skills include pre-production, risk management, promotion, building installations, audience engagement, delivery and overall management.

For almost three years, I managed and operated the House of Tea, a boutique tea cafe located in the IFSC in Dublin. Initially, I setup and co-designed this restaurant. I led the interior design, tea selection and menu design and pricing. I guided the creation of the entire customer experience and marketing. Then I recruited, trained and built the team that operated this cafe. The House of Tea began by serving speciality teas. As the business grew, we introduced healthy lunch options and select foods. On a day to day basis, I managed and scheduled the team of serving staff and chefs, ensured compliance and organisational efficiency, optimised profits and made sure that food and service standards were constantly met. I also performed opening and closing duties, including handling of monies and balancing the register. As part of this, I educated staff and customers on the holistic benefits of tea, led tea classes, and cultivated a relaxed and gentle atmosphere that our cafe became known for.
