As an analytical and relationship-driven insurance leader, I’m passionate about building strong, trusting partnerships across my teams. I strive to energize my people and my peers to drive operational improvements, bridging communication gaps and varied working styles, to improve cross-functional workflows and ultimately, the customer experience. Whether I’m coaching leaders on production management or troubleshooting operational efficiencies, I’m always pushing to expand limits and accelerate the pace of change within the industry. I’m a hands-on leader and I appreciate my teams’ input at every level. We’ve made the biggest impacts on the business by listening and collaborating with the employees who are working directly with our customers every day. I value the opportunities I’ve had at Travelers Insurance because I’m able to affect change and the company’s agility and competitiveness. I’ve led pilot groups, testing support models and Lean processes before enterprise-wide rollout. I’ve also worked on high-level strategic initiatives, guiding change management related to increases in footprint and product landscapes. I am most proud of the leaders, now and in the future, that I have helped to create, coach and mentor. I’m excited to continue in my career, learning and problem-solving with my colleagues to grow, improve, and scale operations to meet customers’ demands and positively impact the bottom line.
