Current Job Description: Reporting: Mr. Des Watkins ( Board Director & Group Head of Technical Development) To manage the compliance status of LCI Group factories.To establish and maintain records of all LCI BD supplier compliance status.To identify when audits are needed and to prepare factories for audit process.To keep up to date knowledge of all current requirements and legislation.To liaise with audit companies to assess the results and identify corrective action plan. (CAP)To work with factories to ensure all CAP requirements are met in a timely manner.To communicate with LCI Group customers regarding all audit matters.LCI compliance standard Code of Practice:Produce and maintain a basic code of practice for all LCI suppliers.Set minimum compliance standards and perform LCI internal audit.Produce report and CAP program in case of inadequate standard.Record keeping:Produce a system of records to keep information about factory current audit status.Issue monthly report of all factory status along with necessary explanations.Set up alerts to give advance notice of audits.Audit preparation and audit process:Advise factories of coming audit requirement and perform necessary pre-audit inspection.Identify potential non-compliances and ensure they are corrected before audit.Communicate with appointed audit company and factory, to arrange dates.Attend audit where possible.Follow up audit for result and CAP requirements.Discuss results with audit company and factory.Customer service:Keep regular communication with customers of LCI (and subsidiary companies).Keep good relations with customer compliance departments.Attend factory visits with customers when required.Take pro-active approach to non-compliances and CAP requirements.Promote high confidence levels in LCI Group and LCI BD compliance management.

As a Factory Compliance Responsible my supervision key area was the below: -Maintained liaison with Third Party Ethical & Technical audit, Customer Code of Conduct Audit, Internal Audit myself, Labor Office & BGMEA, BKMEA. -Managed Health & Safety, Security management, & Environmental issues of the Factory.-Updating the factory complying with different standards imposed by Buyers such as BSCI, WRAP, C-TPAT, SMETA, QMS, ETI, ICS, WCA etc & Buyers' own Code of Practice.
