Hi! My name's Michael, and I've loved stories since I was a kid. As humans, we use stories to understand our lives and our world. I believe understanding the stories we value—and crafting new ones—is crucial for making positive change and building peace, and I'm passionate about helping people do that.I'm particularly interested in studying how stories contribute to conflict transformation and resolution. As conflicts and crises develop both on the global stage and in our personal lives, the need to understand, navigate, and transform them becomes more and more important. My hope is to harness storytelling to make a difference by studying and contributing to peace literature and criticism.
