The following are the roles and responsibilities I held while working at Target as a senior accessibility consultant for the accessibility validation ads campaign.● Validating the ads and brand pages with respect to Target Nicollet accessibility guidelines.● Reviewing ads and brand pages design for accessibility● Testing add-ons and brand web pages with NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver screen readers.● Testing the adds and brand screens in Android (talkback) and iOS (voiceover).● PDF Remediation for brand page previews● Verifying video assets for accessibility● Validating Preview links prior to the launch● Feedback will be logged in slingshot tool and we will follow up on the issues until they get fixed

Roundel, previously known as Target Media Network, redefines digitaladvertising in Target. Roundel will leverage Target's shopper insights tocreate personalized ad campaigns that can run on Target.com orelsewhere across 150 brand-safe channels, like Pinterest, Pop Sugar,NBCU and others. These channels may also be web, mobile or socialsites.Roundel and App refresh related PDF Remediation is the process of"tagging" digital elements of PDF documents so that they can be readusing assistive technology.Again, these “tags” identify the elements and inform the assistivetechnology about the order in which they are meant to be read.

●Performed a11y testing for Corporate and Retail banking applications using WCAG 2.0 Level AA checklist.●Participated in sprint planning, Tested a11y user stories or features. ●Re-validated and closed the a11y bugs fixed by engineering team. ●Closed user stories once all priority a11y bugs are resolved.●Testing the upgraded and newly added components using EdgeVerve UI component guidelines.●Setup a11y design patterns for newly added components. Logged bugs and assigned priorities.●Follow up with design and engineering teams on priority and closed bugs.●Make sure the a11y design patterns met for each component.
