Concurrent with IT DirectorPartnering with other IT leaders, instituted a closed-loop process to monitor and enable the reduction of IT spend by $100M over two years. Created and implemented a global resource forecasting and deployment process, including competency specifications, to enable employee assignments and development, impacting ~1,000 employees. Created an orchestration process to expose and heal gaps between 7x24 operations, business projects and large Corporate programs.

Led a team of 150+ resources providing global end-to-end master data maintenance and business reporting (BW, SAP BI, Tableau) capability including user education. Re-centered data maintenance capability to India generating $500K+ savings, global request cycle time reductions of 10% (customer, vendor) and 40% (materials). Delivered enterprise data governance model and process. Enabled consistent enterprise definitions across multiple corporate programs and organizations

Implemented an end-to-end employee HR system and interfaces to external benefits providers including pension. Impacted 30,000+ employees in Canada, US, Puerto Rico. Required significant vendor negotiation, influence and re-direction of testing involving 200+ project resources over six months.

Facilitated implementation of SAP 4.6C from design, through build, test, deployment and stabilization supporting supply chain and sales in North America and Europe ($600M business). First DuPont SAP project to utilize an off-shore implementation partner. Integrated use of Salesforce.com across 4 related business units, including data standardization, as a foundation for consistent marketing and sales processes
