At both firms he successfully handled numerous litigation matters in state and federal courts, achieved favorable decisions before the Colorado State Board of Education, Office of Administrative Courts, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Colorado Civil Rights Division, and prevailed in arbitration proceedings before various tribunals.
