• Heading the IT department of the orgnization for it’s all the functions (Hardware, software, infrastructure, LAN, WAN, VPN etc.) • Heading the SAP team for various modules. • Configuration of new entities (successfully rolled out a new company code along with 8 plants and 2 new plants in the existing company code along with all the data migration, creation, settlement between the two companies and other required activities, also established the business processes in between the two entities to meet the compliance and other statutory requirements)• Successfully upgraded SAP for database and enhancement pack.• System restructuring and modification (Business Process Reengineering), • Identification of scope for improvement, • Coordination with SAP development team and explaining various methodologies and topic to be developed and or modified in consultation with the various departments so as to meet their requirements and ensure the cross functions.• Coordination with SAP support organization.• Functionally involved in various modules of SAP.• Fine tuning of approaches taken by subordinates, • Security related issues for data and system, • Product evaluation for technical, suitability and commercial aspects, • IT policies, Legal and License related issues, Software Asset Management • Defining IT objective in alignment with the business need.• All system related planning, Increasing awareness about IT activities and its benefits and role of IT v/s. Functional in the system. • Team building and ensure proper coordination and cooperation among team members. • Succession planning for the key resources.• Compliance and compatibility with technology upgrade in both hardware and software, version maintenance.• Cost cutting, locating proper vendor/supplier for IT product and ITES. • Evaluating the fitment of emerging technologies into existing setup.

Functional in the system. • Settlement of managerial issues, team building and ensure proper coordination and cooperation among team members. • Data and System protection, Remote connectivity, Support over remote access, • Compliance and compatibility with technology upgrade in both h/w & s/w, version maintenance.• Cost cutting, locating proper vendor/supplier for IT product and ITES. • Implementation of change management and Functional support to the team• Functionally engaged in SAP – PS, MM and SD modules.
