Provide analysis on project metrics and progress to Program Managers and SDM's.CMDB Control – Ensure that no CI’s are added or modified without required authorization. Liaise with Configuration Management to enforce accuracy of modifications to be made in CMDB.HLD creation – Provide Wintel schematics and blueprints to the DPM (Delivery Portfolio Management) for creating High Level Design (HLD). Aligned with Togaf9, verify that the designs are complete and touch on all aspects of logical and physical design elements for the Wintel process.HLD assurance – Authorizing HLD updates for Wintel Technology area. Sign off once the necessary modifications are made to HLD. DLD assurance – Authorizing Detailed Level Design (DLD) updates for Wintel, Citrix MetaFrame and VMware. Provide feedback and updates to the respective team leads. Explain and pass on the modified DLD to customer for sign off.Maintain and validate the IT project documents such as operation manual, task user manual, KEDB etc.Provide on-call technical support for incidents impacting service delivery.

Deployed onsite for Project Transition.Performing Wintel L2 BAU activities:Administrating, installing, upgrading, monitoring and maintaining MS Windows server infrastructure including Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 in multiple domains.Access Gain Share Management – Owning/Executing Network and User Shares requests.Participate and represent Wintel team for miscellaneous project related duties and provide Level 3 support from Wintel based services.Ensure that project delivers the objectives as outlined in the Project Contract and solution document.Creation of various templates for Task User Manual, Operation Manual and Escalation Matrices which were used for documentation as per ISO 27001 standards. Filling out root cause analysis template.
