•Responsible for Project planning & manage to ensure completion of projects within contractual delivery date within the allocated budget.•Generating Master Project/Production schedule MPS.•Generating daily/Weekly production plan Vs Actual. Preparing daily production/Project progress report. •Close follows with production /Quality/Purchase in order to achieve the targeted delivery dates•Ensure ISO Documentation is in place and work process is in line with QMS.•Liaise with the sub contractors on the work progress, and quality.•Responsible for Project schedule and ensure that schedules of fabrication and Purchase delivery and Project delivery are on time.•Handle internal coordination of project specifics such as painting, insulation, punch list clearance, testing commissioning, packing and shipment to the delivery point.•Communicate and coordinate with customer, clarify requirement, plan, coordinate, and monitor and control the project.•To conduct Periodic meetings and catch-up plan to meet the delivery schedule.•Establish and maintain good internal relationship.•Basic Knowledge in ASME Sec VIII and TEMA.

Responsibilities:-• Control over all project with respect to schedule ,cost & quality in the project life cycle and provide /discuss recovery or mitigation plan for trouble shooting in case of any potential delays or interface problems• Clear communication with client and coordinate internally with different department with correct information to achieve the goal in terms of quality, cost & schedule.• Interfacing and expedition with production, vendors & Third party inspection agencies for various stages of inspection as per the ITP (Inspection Test Plant).• Coordinating with material management and procurement to ensure all the standards are met with schedule and budget constraints.• Controlling and analyzing the cost in terms of QC man hours, production man hours, Design man hours for the project on weekly basis and comparing with the actual budget.• Coordinating with designers and other department engineers to solve all the engineering issues based on our client requirement and specification on time.• Responsible for all subcon /Vendor activities costs, schedule and delivery for the project.• Allocate manpower, Necessary equipment before start of project.• Control the cost in terms of man hours in the quality, production & on time delivery within the budgeted value.

Responsibilities:-• production requirement and develop and execute production plans that ensure supply to customers are within expected delivery dates in a cost effective manner • Releasing master production schedule to production & MRP Planning• Releasing supply plan to vendors and close follow ups in order to achieve the customer dead line• Preparing Dispatch Plan & Production plan based on customer production Plan• Maintaining FIFO at warehouse &Dispatch the material based on FIFO• To lead the capacity mapping & network optimization initiative for the entire Supply chain • Maintaining optimum level of inventory at customer end in hourly basis• Manage day to day planning function & activities, ensure prompt resolution of all operation matters relevant to order fulfillment; sub contract management & finished goods assemblies.• Plans for production which includes releasing of work orders and ensuring on-time delivery of shipments based on customer requirements• Familiar with ERP (ORACAL 9i) & SAP (PP,MM) tools like MRP, Purchase intended, JIT planning, Kanban • Close follow up & co-ordination with Purchase, Production, Assembly & Logistics etc to ensure availability of material on time for production and also to release production plan• Optimization of resources like manpower, transport cost, material handling cost & packaging cost.• Heading packaging team for all existing and new programs for all customers & also Smooth implementation of EC changes.• Monitor and manage input/output and WIP based on demand to achieve optimum inventory levels. Significant Accomplishments :-• Reduced transportation cost by increasing number of cooling modules by changing the trolley design.• Reduced scrap and rework of parts due to handling damage & Transit damage in spares trolley & OEM trolleys for compressor by implementing rubber stopper. • Reduced Transportation cost for Mahindra & Mahindra by utilizing vehicle 100%.

Responsibilities:-• Overall production planning & scheduling including assembly and dispatches• Capacity planning & MRPI & MRPII planning.• Daily production status and other customer specific status reports.
