In selection process is conducted the written test, check all the certificates. Than we have to select the worker, but BIL employee also verify the all certificates he only take decisions final. Every Six months we will give the break to labor, after one month if requirement is there, call the labor and again collect new application and gives id card with new number, but EPF same number . We provide 2sets of uniform and shoes every one year. Handle casual employee’s day to day attendance, and Employee personal file maintenance Preparing the Pay roll Statement, and Distribute the Salary to Casual Employees of Every Month. Every Saturday prepare weekly shift list, as per unit head approval list. Monthly once or twice arrange the training for workers. If any minor/major we go to Adi parasakthi hospital, they give good services to us. Suppose they can`t do anything means we go to Chennai Stanly hospital. Every year we check employee health checkup. In the subcontractor salary dated is every 7th, sub contractor owner issue the salary as per minimum wages act, in front of me. Monthly prepare the MIS report to submit BIL employee, both are discuss with every 15th GM Personnel.

In audit time auditor will check all area Toilet, Rest Room, Crèche Room, Generator Room, Compressor Room, all the departments cutting to Packing. Auditors personally checked with labor Grievances, whether company provides all the needs or not. Finally auditor given the audit report at evening , if audit comes 1st time they will give 3 months time to improve our quality and safety records, after three month s they again will come. Stages of audit Green Audit pass we get order Yellow & Orange Not bad clear the audit quires RED Improve all level take six months time than we call audit. ACHIEVED Got Factory certification from Wal-Mart, Gap & JC Penny
