NATURE OF DUTIES :1 . Stores divn.Receiving The Materials , Verify as per the Delivery Note or Gate Pass , Making Inspection Report Form sent to QC/QA Dept. Also Preparing The Item Identification Label with Green Tag From QC/QA Dept and Locate in the designated Area with Good Housekeeping and Maintaining MRS ,GRN, MTN, MRN,BINCARD, store Identification Card, registers like Inward Register, Outward Register, Stock Register, Condemned Articles Register, Issue Register, Daily Receipt Register, surplus stock Register, Classification and Coding - Obsolete, Scrap and surplus Management - Physical Verification of Store ( Annual Stock Taking & perpetual Stocktaking ) etc.2. Warehouse divn. Receiving The shipments at the warehouse - issuing materials to the Rigs - Preparation and maintenance of cargo manifests - maintaining Inventory stock levels ,cyclic Inventory and annual inventory- Raising material order list for stock replishments- preparation and Maintenance of day to day accounts - ensuring safe work procedures are adhered in warehouse - checking all shipments prior sending to the Rig - Ensuring all equipments is shipped - forwarding approved manifest to the base office and Perform other duties.3. Materials and Admin DivnAssisting in in Daily Movements of material and equipments in the warehouse , Retain permanent records and documents , Coordinate yard personnel to move materials and equipments , coordinate all material shipped at destination , Assist with Rig up effort at assembly yard and drill site , Assist in directing and Loading out trucks for mobilization and Assist in offloading trucks in drill site etc.
