Influencing and implementing web decisions for various marketing campaigns and building transformative digital experiences for Burnley College’s four progressive brands.

During the traineeship I had to demonstrate a competent level of the following programming languages and technical skills: • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript • PHP, SQL, Python, Bootstrap• Java, C#, ReactThis was achieved through the completion of video tutorials, various exercises & mini projects, a Microsoft Certification and two practical development projects that can be seen in 'Projects' below.

Key responsibilities included:• Accommodating the integration of new machinery for powertrain production systems; ensuring the control aspects met factory specifications, safety standards and performance metrics. This involved extensive teamwork within the wider JLR powertrain team and international travel to provide machine commissioning support.• Creating and maintaining departmental standards and procedures.• Identifying the root cause of machine problems, performing corrective actions or agreeing solutions with the appropriate teams.• Energy monitoring of machines to understand consumptions in various states and enhance overall shop-floor efficiency.• Set-up and maintenance of the versiondog server system for machine software version control.• Programming Siemens SC632 switches to allow communication between the controls production network and manufacturing servers.

Throughout the apprenticeship I rotated around the departments of Powertrain Manufacturing Engineering.Key responsibilities included:• Managing contractors to install site wide signage, line marking and various other site facilities.• Attending regular project review meetings to report progress and highlight any potential risks.• Reviewing tooling and gauging technical drawings from suppliers and highlighting errors for amendment.• Dimensioning various layout drawings using AutoCAD software before reporting out layout options to the wider team.
