I have on going oversight and responsibility for:- Product development -both technical platform architecture, development and build, as well as content development, partnership and implementation- All through funnel market activities - SEO, Traffic driving/awareness, CRO, CRM. Disciplines included here are PPC, paid social, content marketing, conversion tracking, direct sales, cold email, events, partnership, affiliate. I take a measure, evaluate and iterate approach to each of these disciplines.- Team leadership. I am responsible for defining and communicating strategy across the whole team, defining KPIs, monitoring and measuring outcomes, motivating and driving culture.
