Rob began his career as an independent insurance agent in 1982 after graduating from the Aetna Insurance Institute. He received High Scholastic Honors while completing his degree in Business Administration from SUNY Alfred. Rob is the sole owner of Anderson-VanHorne Associates, Inc., an independent insurance agency and broker with offices in Victor and Clifton Springs, New York. Rob has a broad range of experience in areas of commercial, personal insurance and risk management. He has a concentration of knowledge in the underwriting, consulting and risk management of educational and municipal insurance programs. He served for eight years as a director for his local Independent Agents Association and at the State level on the Local Association Advisory Board. Rob became a partner in Wall Street Financial Group, Inc., an independent broker dealer, in November of 2013, where he served as Vice-President and Secretary. In September of 2016, Rob and his business partner Victoria Bach-Fink, effected an asset purchase agreement with Securities America Inc., an independent broker dealer located in La Vista, Nebraska, and formed Evolution Financial Advisors Inc.; which serves as an Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction for Securities America. Rob holds Series 7, 63, 24, 65, 99 and 26 securities licenses. Rob is active in many community and charitable endeavors. He enjoys working out, trail running, skiing and golf.
