I have over 5 years of experience in management that includes developing and implementing the company mission and strategic vision. My responsibilities included hiring and firing of office personnel, preparation of letters and office documents/ correspondence, accounting, payroll, and maintaining State and County compliance all while maintaining and exceedingly functional and efficient office and working environment. I also offer years of Medical Assistant experience that includes many medical and additional administrative duties including patient triage, routine venipuncture,front and back office, medical records, appointment scheduling, laboratory services, and billing. I have experience utilizing a variety of different database systems such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, email, various billing systems, i.e. QuickBooks, Medicaid and Epic. I have excellent communication skills working in an office and medical environment I feel that I have a warm approachable and professional manner. I am a self-starter that excels at staff oversight, a quick learner, hard-working and enthusiastic employee with a great eye for detail all of which should make me an ideal candidate for you.
