 Responsible for all the parts supplied for the suppliers in entire south region of TN. Early involvement of SQA in supplier Selection. Drive Quality and Process improvements at suppliers. Managing portfolio of suppliers as assigned Casting Sourcing (Machined & Unmachined) SQA & Cost Management Implementation of project Quality Assurance documents in project. Monitor APQP planning and approvals Supplier evaluations, indexes, approvals Supplier process audit report. Handling of Manufacturing quality tools: APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC. Responsible for handling customer complaints.

 Responsible for incoming raw materials inspection and incoming rejection analysis. Sand testing, Metallurgy and Mechanical – Tensile/Impact/Hardness NDT Level II -UT, DP, MPI, RT & Visual - Inspection & Evaluation, Training. (Specially certified for Gamesawindmill Components) Handled castings range from 7 Ton to 25Tons. (Hubs, Mainframe, Gear box Housing) Process control of all foundry process (sand plant, molding & Melting). Drawing Study & Dimensional Inspection Monitoring the accuracy of the tested samples with other NABL Certified Labs Monitoring the process through SPC (x- bar, r chart) and eliminate the special cause variation. Planning for calibration of Instruments, Measuring & Testing equipment and conducting MSA for reducingthe measurement variation. Supported for preparation of APQP, PPAP, MPP & PQP documents for new products. Responsible for incoming raw materials inspection and incoming rejection analysis. Identification, evaluation, qualification, and development of suppliers. Conducting Supplier Audit (Process & Product) as per the time plan and follow-ups of NC closure. Develop new components as per drawing and submit proto to customer. Responsible for inhouse process rejection. Coordinating with supplier for APQP / PPAP sign offs in new product. Knowledge on Corrosion protective system (NACE)
