As Senior Vice President of Client Delivery Solutions at Northern Trust (NT), I onboard new clients as well as deliver key change initiatives for existing clients. As SVP, I lead multiple strategic initiatives for our largest institutional clients, including sovereign wealth funds and asset managers. Before joining NT in 2015, I spent seven years at BlackRock as a senior member of the business operations management team accountable for the delivery of significant strategic initiatives (started at BGI running the US Investment Operations team before the merger). I successfully managed and migrated BGI's cash liquidity and fixed income operations onto BLK's Aladdin platform and integrated the operations teams within six months. Earlier in my career, I ran the front-to-back operations for two different hedge funds as Head of Operations. I developed and ran the entire operation for a new start-up, multi-strategy credit derivative hedge fund, including sourcing the technology platform (Calypso), setting up the trading applications, risk management, and operations support model. Then I led the operations of a $6B multi-strategy, relative-value fund in the G-7 markets and fixed income space.Prior to those experiences, I spent seven years at JP Morgan & Chase, where I used my experience in derivatives to help develop and implement the new credit hybrid business in both New York and London. My work ethic, drive, and willingness to take responsible risks contributed to my swift upward progression to Vice President. I worked with bigger teams and focused more on operations, trading support, and risk management for the credit portfolio business. My financial services career began at Citigroup within the internal audit Latin America and Derivatives teams.
