Current• Serve as the primary manager to facilitate the buy/sell process between TA Services and PS Logistics.• Responsible for building the new management team to lead a full-service logistics company offering brokerage, material handling, warehousing, cross-border, managed transportation and regional trucking services company to execute a growth plan from $30M in revenue in 2014 to $750M in 2022, which has included 5 strategic acquisitions.• Implemented the leadership training and coaching process to create a results focused organization, manage the company’s talent pipeline and develop future leaders to support the growth of the company. • Continue to serve as Executive Director of PS Logistics and as one of the primary leaders of the acquisition strategy along with the CEO of PS Logistics.• Lead the rebranding and marketing efforts to launch the new brand strategy.• Manage the full P&L activities of the company and the strategic planning, budgeting and overall company financial performance. • Manage the top ten customer accounts of TA Services and two of the top ten accounts for P&S Transportation (Asset side of PS Logistics). • Report directly to the owners and board of directors of the company.• Continue to serve as Executive Director of PS Logistics and as one of the primary leaders of the acquisition strategy along with the CEO of PS Logistics.
