I am an ambitious hospitality professional with a keen interest in marketing, distribution and promotional strategy. In 2022, I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, achieving BA(Hons) Marketing and Hospitality & Tourism Management with First Class Honours. My dissertation explored the consumer behaviour behind channel choice in the online hotel booking process, and through a multi-method qualitative research study, developed insight into reasons consumers commonly opt to book through OTAs versus hotel brand sites.Sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and new technologies, are important topics to me, and I believe these have an important role to play in tackling many of the modern challenges we face today.
