As a business developer with the partnerships team at CropsAfrica, I assist in setting goals and developing plans for brand and revenue growth through B2B partnerships. It is my responsibility also to research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives, while I also pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle. Other times I assist with ensuring staff are on boarded throughout the organisation on the art of social selling and i make sure they understand the need for change and what is required of them. Occasionally I oversee the training of members in my team, and arrange external training where appropriated.

As a business associate, during my time with Raygatha, i helped in identifying and researching new funding opportunities; developing correspondence and program materials for existing and new partners; and managing a small stable of existing corporate partnerships. Develops briefings, presentations and customized collateral in collaboration with Corporate Partnerships Account Managers. I also manage a small portfolio of existing corporate partnerships and also track and monitors reporting deadlines of projects associated with accounts in the Associate’s portfolio.

As hotel assistant manager, i work closely with the hotel's general manager to support administrative and operational tasks. I also manage and organize hotel activities to achieve optimal cost-effectiveness of operations while maximizing the hotel's full potential with a balanced emphasis on guest experience, services, and profitability. My time as an Assistant Manager required me of having management skills in the hospitality industry and organization. I was able to multi-task, time management, communicate and supervise. while i analyze the performance of each department, report any problem areas, and make recommendations to improve profitability for hotel operations.
