Regional Congressional Analyst to Chief, Congressional Response Department in the Communications and Governmental Relations Directorate under the Office of Community Care on matters involving Congressional Inquiries to the agency of Office of Community Care (formerly Chief Business Office Purchased Care) at the Health Adminsitration Center - Denver CO. Works in concert with a team of 8 Regional Correspondence Analysts (Congressional Liaisons) who interface with United States Congressional staff around the United States. Staff, investigate and provide resolution to high level inquiries involving the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA), the Foreign Medical Program (FMP), Civilian In-house Treatment Iniative (CITI) programs as well as VA Care in the Community, Choice Program, PC3, VA Indian Health Service and federal health benefit plan policy questions and inquiries.

Supervisor of 18 person Customer Service Team that provides world class customer service of health benefits, claims processing, program information on eligiblity and application and for the Civilian Health and Medical Program of Department of Veteran Affairs (CHAMPVA). This program services the dependents of adjudicated permanently and totally disabled Veterans due to a service connected disability. Our customer service bandwidth encompasses over 375,000 beneficiaries world-wide.
