I’m an executive with board-level experience and an authentic leadership style that has proven its value in a wide range of cultural settings. My track record is one of delivering transformational programmes in large, complex organisations operating internationally. I have multi-level experience of strategy development and implementation within the higher education sector and prior to that across central and local government. My particular interest is strategy analysis and implementation and I have demonstrated success in strategy development and execution, and change portfolio implementation, which has enabled organisations from universities to Whitehall departments and local authorities to achieve their goals. I’ve provided organisational leadership on strategy development techniques, prioritisation and delivery.I’m also an active member of the Institute of Directors central London branch and chair the Education Special Interest Group (SIG) to connect and develop people from across the UK with a business and sector interest in skills, training and education.
