I generate, review, and process engineering changes and create manufacturing routings for production. I serve as the fulfillment center focal point for engineering changes and disposition of inventory. I create inventory conversion and rework routings for fulfillment centers in order to meet urgent customer requirements when no inventory is available.I manage the $3M+ tooling budget for the company. I assign tool numbers, submit capital requests, create purchase requisition, track purchase orders, perform PO receiving in Oracle, and maintain a database of all capital tooling assets. I work with suppliers to verify nearly 7000 assets annually. I update asset locations and maintain disposal records as required. Advise fixed assets coordinator when tooling is ready to be capped. Provide monthly capital status to finance and management on PO status and invoice forecast.I have had experience as a manufacturing program manager for legacy printer products and the China invoice printer. This involved establishing schedules for new product release and working with the team to make sure milestones were met. I also worked with service to establish replacement part inventory requirements for new products. I performed last time buy sizings and recommendations base off of input from service and production forecasts.

As a box manufacturing engineer for point of sale printers, I served as the interface between suppliers and development. I reviewed and processed engineering changes, tool summaries, and created purchase requisitions for tooling. I supported development on early new product builds and oversaw initial qualification and production builds at our printer supplier. I worked with suppliers to improve line quality, implement corrective actions and process improvements. I provided technical support to our fulfillment locations and developed manufacturing routings along with rework and inventory conversion instructions. I led teams to screen and rework products as required.
