About Davide Valente
In September 2023 I started working for Decathlon ITA. I am responsible to help the event’s organization for sport clubs, associations and public entities through sponsorship. I also manage a team of people who are responsible for sales in the store.I graduated in an MBA in International Sports Management & Business at the European Sport Business School in collaboration with Valencia C.F. I had the opportunity to share my thoughts, my vision and knowledge with international speakers and classmates. We did many visits both in Spain and in France and these help me (and us) to understand better different topics related to the Sports industry.I also attended the University of Rome "Foro Italico" where in October 2020 I achieved on time the Bachelor’s degree in "Health and Sports Sciences" and in July 2022 the Master’s degree in "Sport Management" with the grade of 110/110 cum Laude.During the last 2 years I have been an intern both in Ireland and in Spain. In fact, firstly I applied and participated at the Erasmus+Traineeship programme joining a Private Irish Rugby Academy from January to April 2022 and during the MBA experience I had the opportunity to make a 3-months internship in an International Football Academy. Alongside to my academic path I took an English language course at the "Wall street English" school which allowed me to improve my knowledge of this language and in October 2022 I got the IELTS Test by University of Cambridge achieving 7 as overall result; and I also got the AICA certificate "ICDL FULL STANDARD" that certifies my knowledge in I.T., and in particular in the knowledge of the use of "Office" programs.During summer 2021 I participated as a volunteer at the event "Euro2020". I also had other 2 volunteering experiences, in January 2023 I worked as an "Attaché" for the Armenian Olympic Committee at the winter edition of the European Youth Festival; and from 2017 to 2019 I worked for the Italian Rugby Federation to help fans during the Guinness 6 Nations championships 2017/2018/2019.
