F.H. Stoltze Land & Lumber Company is situated between the cities of Columbia Falls and Whitefish, in the Flathead Valley in Northwest Montana. It is the oldest family-owned lumber company in Montana. Annual lumber production is approximately 65-70 million board feet of S-dry (surfaced dry, meaning that the moisture content is less than 19%) random length lumber. Stoltze is a WWPA grade subscriber and our products are graded by WWPA certified lumber graders. The majority of our lumber graders have received WWPA's Hi-Q award for excellence in lumber grading accuracy. Also, Stoltze is the only Machine Stress Rated (MSR) lumber producer in Montana. Chairman and Director duties include: Provide strategic direction, annual and periodic review of costs and volume for lumber production and log purchases (including logs harvested from company timberlands), review quarterly and audited financials, and approve management recommendations for major capital expenditures, including building a new co-generation plant using green fuel (bark, sawdust, slash) which began operations in October 2013.

Maple Island is a proven processor and packager of quality food powders. From milk powders to infant formula, the company focus has been on the blending and processing for confidential contract packaging under its valued customers names and brands. Maple Island also processes and packages its own line of premium dairy powders, including agglomerated instant nonfat dry milk. The company recently expanded facilities to blend ingredients and process infant cereals for contract packaging.Chairman and Director duties include: Provide strategic direction, annual and periodic review of costs and contracts for vendor packaging, review quarterly and audited financials, and approve management recommendations for major capital expenditures, including adding a second state-of-the-art blending/processing/canning line completed during summer, 2016.

Supervisor for the project management office (PMO) within MN.IT Services partnering with the Minnesota Department of Health. The office included up to 6 project managers, 5 business analysts and a quality assurance analyst. During transition to supervisory position, served as project manager to develop and implement a Medical Cannabis Registry for controlled distribution of cannabis product to patients suffering from limited (10) medical conditions and collection of patient and distribution data for review by a medical panel to determine the efficacy of medical cannabis to reduce seizures and relieve pain. Also served as project manager for the Nationwide Health Information Network (NwHIN) Direct Implementation project. This project created foundational infrastructure for health data/information exchanges between Department of Health programs, local public health institutions, state agencies, public and private health care organizations and companies, federal agencies and organizations (e.g., CDC, National Health Information Network/NHIH). Included reference implementations for Meaningful Use (MU) medical-related file/record exchange.
