Put contracts need be paid overseas on records in tax bureau and issue tax resident identity cards, etc. Assist in reconciliation of tax accounts to sub-ledger2.Invoicing part includes:Issue inner invoices timely after inspection tasksare finished and issue VAT invoices according to clients' requirements.Count amount of invoices and make Excel to supervisor.Issue invoices to inter-company and trace them.3.Reimbursement parts includes:Check and enter inspectors' reimbursement in ERP( 3 cases per month )4.Fixed Assets includes:Register newly purchased fixed assets, complete monthly depreciation and scrapping of fixed assets, and take a semi-annual inventory of fixed assets5.Business Support includes: Check data for business department,find differences and handle them

1.Register account payable work, keep invoices' timely handing in and check on the correctness of the invoices.2.Make vouchers and bind vouchers.3.Check expense reimbursement and write off advances. 4.Support purchasing department and business department, afford them finance data.
