Showcased my experience from a customer service background and make a real difference with my development, software architecture and reusable coding skills.Part of an IoT (ZigBee/Thread) team who have key networking knowledge of how these stacks work. I also assist customers develop Home/Build Automation systems using as well as developing application reference designs for them to use as a platform. These application reference designs are also released to the wider mass market and a link to some of my work is attached. The JN-AN-1189 Occupancy/Light Sensor applications were developed from scratch by myself which are official ZigBee applications.Responsible to looking after to a lot of key accounts for our business and I have hand held them all the way through the design, development and production process where they are currently in mass production.Responsible for creating and delivering training and I have been all over Europe and China to present this training to fellow colleagues and customers. Traveling around the world visiting customers and helping them get to production quicker via on-site support

Part of a team that developed Personnel Mustering Systems and Door access control systems for the offshore industry. When an emergency situation occurs, all personnel on board the platform or FSPO are required to follow a mustering procedure to ensure their safety and allow the relevant people know where they are. Used specialist hardware which is compliant to be installed on platform.

My main project was kerberising all our C/C++ and java products so they would authenticated with each other and pass encrypted data over the socketI created NSIS for all our windows products, Bug fixing segmentation faults and undefined behavior of our products, creating multithreaded thread safe applications and working with the Linux operating system using all different type of tools like valgrind, GDB, ant, apache and i have also used it to create Shell and Perl scripts
