Led a team of 5-6 developers supporting and adding features to a legacy code base using an Agile (modified eXtreme Programming) methodology. When I joined the team, our "Agile" identification was limited to some cards on the wall and a misused series of cadence meetings. Through one-on-one pairing and evangelism, I successfully introduced pair programming.

Member of an Agile development team composed mostly of developers from Pillar Technologies, a leading Agile consulting company. Our team developed Career Transitions, a revolutionary product in the library market. As a long-time Gale employee, I was able to contribute my knowledge of Gale business sensitivities and of Gale systems that the new product.

Oversaw development of authentication/authorization subsystem by onshore-offshore team. Established architectural direction, reviewed code, worked closely with business owners and 3rd-party service (API) provider.
