This multi-stage project is currently using data mining techniques to identify distress factors using over 800,000 high-revenue accounts. The second phase will focus on modeling the predictors of distress using a range of tree and rule-based methods. • Model hardware component failure rates for a heterogeneous customer population; this machine-learning model allows approximately 100 field and quality engineers to quickly identify reliability issues resulting in improved customer satisfaction and reduced service costs.• Integrating structured and unstructured data utilizing natural language processing and data visualization to create a ‘Patient Centric’ view of service interactions across multiple customer and product dimensions.
