-Responsibilities included evaluation of talent, training, and managing sales representatives post training process -Recognized and selected to assist with the opening of new stores and training of sales representatives in the Gulf Coast Market (Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama) -Recognized as a top coach/leader and asked to attend various training seminars; Dale Carnegie Speech, Coach to the Best, Franklin Covey Time Management, among many others.

-Responsible for sitting in meetings with other regional trainers regarding training process used in home sales market.-Consulted with Regional Directors on development of current training program used.-Post program inception consultation with Training Director and Mentor Director on constant program development.
