Preparing and packaging meat and deli items for customers on an as-needed retail basis. I used FIFO rotation methods to ensure best food safety and best quality practices. I increased the sales and profit of the deli section to the second-highest of the entire market. I learned how to manually cut and trim steaks, pork, chicken, and fish, and how to operate a rotary slicer, a food service bandsaw, a blade tenderizer, and retail grinder.
