I am a highly adaptable Technology Leader/Technology Professional with a fervor for helping develop peers and promoting unity in my teams. Whether I am leading or following, I am always driven to improve myself and help those around me succeed. There is no greater reward as a Manager, Mentor, or Peer, than sharing the joy of success when you help a person achieve it. My personal key motivator will always be working with good people, and helping them reach new levels of greatness. I measure my success most, by the success of those around me in all aspects of my life. My other interests in business are fairly diverse. I have a passion for processes, procedures, and strategic planning of large initiatives and projects, as well as a deep understanding and respect for Change Management. I have no reservation in taking ownership of "unwanted" tasks/assignments/projects/products to support, as I appreciate the value of addressing needs more than I appreciate seeking glory. If I see work that needs addressed, and I have the capability, I will often offer to assist, or simply address the work as a personal good neighbor and environmental housekeeping practice. I enjoy brainstorming with ANYONE about virtually anything, as I love seeing diverse minds collaborate and produce amazing resolutions. Because I love working with people, collaborative/interdependent work involving 3rd parties, or cross-team initiatives always energizes me. If one thing could be said about me universally, anyone who has worked with me will note that I have “never met a stranger,” and promote strong communication in all personal and professional relationships.
